Good news: a problem affecting NOAAPort and AWIPS has been resolved. Service should be back to normal.

NOAAPort is the satellite broadcast that pushes NWS data to universities, broadcasters and emergency managers and AWIPS is the workstation software forecasters use to build and issue products.
