...UPDATE ON BRIEF WIDESPREAD INTERNET/COMMS OUTAGES...
N-WAVE engineers are investigating an incident involving an
upstream provider impacting the DC TICAP region. Connectivity is
intermittent, and they are actively engaged on the issue.  No
root cause has yet been determined with the upstream provider,
but N-WAVE engineers installed a workaround to stabilize DC TICAP
connectivity.  Investigation and updates will continue.
