...NDBC BUOY/CMAN/TAO DATA OUTAGE...

Since 1715Z, NDBC stopped receiving incoming wx buoy, CMAN, and
TAO data. Those observations are not reaching the GTS or NDBC
website. An upstream issue is affecting DISA/EMSS operations and
interrupting Iridium data delivery. The issue is being worked on
but no ETR is available.
